This series, Dissolution, is the study of my identity's diffusion. I believe that we define ourselves through the people around us. The women portrayed have been or are still a part of my life and have, unbeknownst to them, have molded my identity. Our interconnectedness, woven from the same thread, affects our philosophies, morals, creates our identities, and is the fabric that tells the story of who we are individually and as a collective. It is my hope that these images will give space to reflect upon the elements that create one’s identity and the inevitable loss of it.
